This document summarizes a kick-off meeting for the Baltic SCOPE project. The meeting was held on March 18-19, 2015 in Gothenburg, Sweden. Baltic SCOPE is a two-year project aiming to foster coherence and cross-border solutions in Baltic maritime spatial plans.
