Evaluation 85 points (100) • Relevance: 18 (20) + very relevant, fully reflects objectives of the call, brings together almost all Baltic countries and relevant regional organisations – ”clearer information could have been provided on the added value that the project will bring to the existing HELCOM-VASAB work” • Added value: 17 (20) + involves authorities and organisations directly involved in MSP, case studies –clear added value, builds on earlier experiences – as above • Methodology: 12 (15) + well described, links up well with the on-going processes, leasons learned to be taken up by authorities, data needs and handling are broadly covered. – data needs could have been detailed – Involvement of NGO not very clearly explained 18th of March 2015 Baltic SCOPE Partner kick-off meeting Gothenburg 18-19 March 2015
