Kraft-Heinz Integration Program Director 2015 - 2016
Steered the “Day 1” application and infrastructure changes required for the new Kraft Heinz Foods Company.
Directed the application changes required for Kraft to adopt the Heinz accounting calendar. Project required
3MM in investment, changes to 60 applications, and robust change management.
Head of IT Finance 2013 - 2015
Accountable for IT Strategy, Roadmap, and project delivery for Kraft’s Finance organization.
Developed Finance systems roadmap with CFO and Finance leadership across Accounting, Financial
Planning, Product Costing, Treasury, Tax and Audit.
Led the optimization and simplification of Finance processes by implementing 300+ system changes in SAP
and other Finance applications, along with effective change management and training. Project delivered $6MM
ongoing savings.
Architected and managed the agile delivery of SAP workflow solution to automate Capital Projects/Fixed
Assets business transactions.
Steered architecture design and implementation of Oracle Hyperion Environment in the cloud, resulting in 1MM
dollars in annual contract savings and improved application stability.
Managed deployment of SAP Material Ledger to all Kraft locations, giving Kraft total visibility of product costs
across the Supply Chain down to the sku level.
Drove down incoming incident rate for Finance applications by 50% by making sure team focused on root

2. Associate Director Collaboration Technologies 2011 - 2012
Responsible for the delivery of Collaboration technologies.
Staffed an organization to deploy Collaboration technologies globally by leveraging regional leads to deliver
projects and a central team for architecture, cloud deployment and solution design.
Championed and managed the deployment of Social Media on Kraft’s intranet by aligning with multiple
stakeholders.
Led the migration of SharePoint sites to the Microsoft Cloud including Team Sites, External Partner sites,
Intranet sites and applications, saving over 2MM dollars annually.
Managed the creation of a brand new SharePoint environment in the Microsoft Cloud due to the split of
Mondelez from Kraft Foods.
Brand CIO - Gevalia and Tassimo 2009 - 2011
IT lead for Direct to Consumer business (150MM Revenue) at Kraft including Gevalia and Tassimo brands.
Managed team accountable for all DTC systems from Supply Chain to consumer-facing websites.
Led the architectural design and delivery of a Tassimo mobile app where customers can manage their account
and generate orders. It was the first Direct to Consumer mobile app in the CPG industry.
Led the consolidation of Campaign Management capabilities with one vendor and delivered a central
marketing database to support Gevalia and Tassimo. The project resulted in less returns, less fraud, and an
estimated savings of 1MM per year.
Global Solution Architect - Sales 2007 - 2009
Responsible for creating, aligning and delivering the SalesIT roadmap with the SalesTeam.
Partnered with Global Executives to develop and deploy a Sales Force Automation strategy in Emerging
Markets.
Led the transformation of Kraft’s Sales Offices to open seating by leveraging technology to improve
collaboration and reduce cost. Received buy in from Sales Leadership and delivered the project. Since then,
all of Kraft has moved to an open office space environment.
Developed process for imbedding architecture checkpoints into the project delivery lifecycle. Also developed
architecture core principles to provide guidance to new Architects.
Partnered with a strategic consulting company to conduct workshops and interviews with Senior Leadership
and build a strategy to better leverage external data (e.g. Customer, Syndicated, and Social) across Kraft.
As part of a cross-functional initiative to improve employee engagement, recommended and launched the
“Innovation Challenge”, a creative way for employees to be recognized for submitting ideas.

Led a 5MM Identity and Security Program which delivered SAP role management, automated provisioning to
multiple systems, automated security access reviews, and a central repository of people data.
Led the migration of Kraft’s intranet to SharePoint and architected a solution to update web content.
Project manager, technical lead, and client/ IT liaison that architected and integrated a strategic sourcing
toolset for Kraft’s procurement organization.
Implemented online eBidding tool. One reverse auction alone saved Kraft over 1MM annually.
Led the rollout of Ariba to 22 Kraft plants to simplify and standardize Indirect Purchasing.
Implemented processed cheese optimization tool to 5 plants which led to 10MM in cost savings.
