To study the attitude of consumer on snack food which complied the Nutrition labeling
and Statement
Results : Consumer attitude
1) 81.3 % of Samples agree with the enforcement to nutrition label and
Statment on 5 types of snack foods.
2) 80.3 % of Samples agree with the enforcement to nutrition label and
Statement for all types of snack foods.
Conclusion:
Most of Consumers agree with the Enforcement to Nutrition labeling and
Recommended Statement; “Consume small Amount and Exercise for Healthy
Statement;
Condition”
And want to Thai FDA enforce to all type of Snack Food

(Chilled and Frozen meal) in Thailand
Objectives;
To study the Current status of nutrition label on the package of ready-to-eat meal
(chilled and frozen )
Survey on ready-to-eat chilled and frozen
Results: meal were 240 sample from 16 companies
• Frozen meal 212 sample 25.0%
• Chilled meal 28 sample

1) To know the situation of using nutrition labeling in Thai.
