participant to find the fields which he or she will find most enjoyable.
Maximum fun means maximum learning!
Challenge: We use a range of tools to take people outside of their
daily routine in order to create a learning process. Working beyond
participants' comfort zone contributes to the effectiveness and
assimilation of the learning process. We provide outdoor workshops
where participants will experience a variety of challenges (not just
physical), both at the individual and group level. These are not
survival courses or extreme sports, but a process of unique
experiential learning.

Group: All sessions are carried out in a group where activities create
a team whose members can share their deliberations and challenges
and generate a group learning process. This group often serve as a
framework of mutual mentoring long after the workshop finishes.
Netivei Erech is a boutique company that uses outdoor
