Electronic Records
Electronic public access service which allows the
public to learn about court cases in District, Federal
Appellate Courts, and Bankruptcy cases.

informed.
2. How do Cases Move?
To start a case you make a plead
Before the trail you must figure out motions and do some
discovering
During the trail a jury hears your case and makes verdict
This is all Federal District courts, once they give you a
decision you can chose to appeal if you think its unlawful
Then you go to Appellate Court where they decide if the
case is really unlawful
If it is you can then go to Supreme Court who decides
whether or not to hear the case, keep the former verdict, or
reverse it and send it back
