-     CPM’s mRetail product suite (mRetail) integrates directly with a retailers store systems
      to provide a robust mobile shopping experience which includes connectivity to existing
      product database, payment processor and loyalty programs to mobile-enable customers
      in-store. This in turn provides one single access point through a retailers CRM
      environment as opposed to having to work with multiple silo’d systems by different
      vendors.
-     Klaus Jansen-Knor has more than 17 years experience in the telecommunication and
      media industry. He gained deep insights into all aspects of the mobile ecosystem
      working for large media houses, mobile service providers and international software
      companies.

-     Dr. Wilhelm Bielert, Co-Founder of the SolidGround Group with activities in Europe, USA
      and Asia (IT, mobile and renewable energy). Wil oversees all activities in the area of
      Digital Communications. He combines his in-depth knowledge of traditional retail
      methods with cutting-edge technology. He recently was heavily involved in projects for
      large brands, such as gettings, Douglas and Universal Pictures

-     adHOC.com is a Hamburg based ecommerce start-up that operates hyper-local
      marketplaces, enabling seemless ecommerce between local businesses and consumers.
      Core concept of it´s marketplace platform is the unique combination of deals, location &
      mobile, social and real-time. Prior to adHOC the team has founded OpenOffice,
      StarFinance and was responsible for Yahoo!´s worldwide mobile endeavors.

-     Bernd Scheibe, Co-Founder and Head of Product & Marketing at adHOC.com. Bernd has
      more than 15 years experience in the Internet industry and focused on mobile for the
      past 8 years. Before co-founding adHOC.com he was Senior Product Manager at Yahoo!
      Mobile responsible for Yahoo! Go and later on for Yahoo!´s Mobile Widgets.
