 12 sets of 4 statements.
 For each set identify those behaviors that are typically
most or least characteristic of you.
 Rank 4 to 1, giving a 4 to the behavior that is most like
you, 3 to the next most like you, then 2, then 1 being the
statement that is least like you.
 Complete “What’s My Style” Grid, begin with “A”
statements enter the number you assigned to each

Repeat for “B” “C” and “D.”  Check accuracy by adding the columns (should equal 120)
