of the time communicating and aligning with outside groups that can benefit their
organization or influence them • Manager • Focuses on internal • Transactional Leadership
• • Involved in day-to-day operations A person who takes an internal focus, maintains
current operations, and aligns the organization’s functions with strategic objectives. FIVE
