Klaus Tochtermann presented on science 2.0-enabled paradigms for information delivery. He discussed how the social and semantic web will impact research and publication processes. Specifically, he examined how tools like social media, blogs and wikis can support open science practices. Tochtermann also explored challenges of reputation management, citizen science, open data licensing and ensuring reliability of linked open data. The presentation proposed moving from taking users to content to bringing personalized content to users through viral information delivery enabled by semantic technologies.
