17. BIBLICAL CANON
The biblical canon is the official list of books,
which the Church recognizes and divinely
inspired and which she considers as a rule
for her faith and moral

whose inspiration was never doubted (literally
means “belonging to the first canon
3. Deuterocanonical books – (literally means “
belonging to the second canon”) These are
books which for sometime and with some
group of people were doubtful as to their
inspiration
4. Apochripal t- these books not recognized by
the Church as canonical inspired, though they
claim to be by their title or author
19. FORMATION OF THE BIBLE
Truths that God wanted to share with all men
were first told to special or selected
individuals ( patriarchs, prophets, great
religious people) so that they could
communicate or inform their own people
about it in their own ways
