resource to view their career center performance metrics and analyze data on a monthly
basis. Recent updates were added to this resource to improve reporting for all metrics
including: job activations, apply metrics, new registrations, and site visit numbers.
Your Partner Relations Manager is available to help analyze and read reports, and then
develop marketing and communication initiatives based on performance needs. We also
discuss industry trends the association sees within their specialty to determine if there
are any areas that need additional career center support and communication.
Performance reviews are also scheduled annually to identify the sources of traffic and
interaction on your site, as well as market trends in your industry and how it relates to the
career center.
