Abstract : -- The Internet, today, has become an important part of our lives. The World Wide Web that was
once a small and inaccessible data storage service is now large and valuable. Current activities partially or
completely integrated into the physical world can be made to a higher standard. All activities related to our daily
life are mapped and linked to another business in the digital world. The world has seen great strides in the
Internet and in 3D stereoscopic displays. The time has come to unite the two to bring a new level of experience
to the users. 3D Internet is a concept that is yet to be used and requires browsers to be equipped with in-depth
visualization and artificial intelligence. When this material is included, the Internet concept of material may
become a reality discussed in this paper. In this paper we have discussed the features, possible setting methods,
applications, and advantages and disadvantages of using the Internet. With this paper we aim to provide a clear

I. INTRODUCTION
About 42.4% of the world's population use the Internet. According to the International
Telecommunication Union an estimated 3.2 billion people, or about half the world's population, will be using the
Internet by the end of 2015. In total, approximately 80% of households in developed countries and 34% in
developing countries will have Internet access [1]. The World Wide Web, once a small and interactive data storage
service, is now constantly evolving into a collaborative space that begins to offer its users more space. The Internet
we are currently using does not have 3D information at all. But the day-to-day activities of our lives take place in
the 3D world, and then restricting ourselves to 2 activities on the Internet makes no sense. Websites now available
online in 2D and contain text and images. Such websites were added to the Internet every day. So in order to be
competitive, existing technology needs to be developed where text and imagery will be replaced by 3D models that
will facilitate user communication and provide a real-life experience. 3D Internet is a visual area where the user can
experience real-world situations. It can increase the user experience about how you see the world. It can be an
effective and easy way to reach all users such as business people, customers and students.
II. 3D Internet
3D Internet can be called a combination of Internet and 3D graphics. The effect of such a combination will do
have interactive and real-time 3D graphics all brought to the web. It is a simulation of a 2D web page based on
health graphics. The Internet components we use today fall under the category of web 2.0 and web 3.0. The
following form of Internet takes user interaction and 3D experience to a whole new level. This type is often so
enthusiastic that it is considered to be true. 3D Internet can be seen as a visual world. People working in the
physical world are more interested in and working in the digital world than in real life. It can be called a
combination of:
• Television inactivity
• Web size
• Communication as in social media
• Stereoscopic experience for 3D movies

But as we see Television is a source of production and 3D Internet is inclusive and interactive. An example of such
a visible world would be the "Second Life". The people of this world are called citizens. Citizens can do the
following:
• Participate in community events
• Staying away from meetings and teaching classes
• Meet new people
• Participate in real business
• Trying new products
• Participate in product information similar to the real world
3D Internet has a live television broadcast with a wide range of Internet content. The evils of the current Internet
can be given the following:
• Time wasted due to mouse movement
• Non-interactive web pages
• Slow down which means faster processing
• Failure representation of certain images and 3D graphics
So we see that current technology is very useless. It needs to be replaced or updated in the future. The solution to
these problems can be installed on 3D Internet. A detailed description of the various applications with the help of
this technology is stated.
.
III. Current Status
New innvations are taking place around the world, where a few points are highlighted here:
• Internet Internet Research and Experimentation (FIRE: www.cordis.europa.eu/fp7/ict/fire)
• NSF Future Internet Design (FIND) and GENI programs (www.nets-ind.net & http://www.geni.net/)

• Japan AKARI Architecture Design Project (akariproject.nict.go.jp/eng/overview.html)
• Korea uses 3D Internet (http://fif.kr/fiw2007/presentations/architecture_tschoi.pdf)
At SIGGRAPH Computer Graphics conference conferences such as Mozilla, Google and Opera have announced
WebGL, which can be used to build 3D graphics into a home page without a separate external plug-in.
IV. Technical necessities and Obstacles
Along with the benefits, obstacles such as current network speed, hardware limitations and costs also
have 3D Internet. These barriers prevent the emergence of traditional Internet to 3D Internet.

V. Applications
The world is entering the digital age. Our day-to-day operations are becoming increasingly digital and the Internet
is at the center of it all. A few existing applications to upgrade the current Internet to 3D Internet be listed below.
1. Education
By using 3D Internet in education, people can better understand the subject. They can watch lectures and tests in a
3D way that will help them learn better than the traditional way. One such example would be that medical
professionals could look at working with 3 levels, grade-level education that would be important, instructional and
demonstration tutorials would work better.
2. Real estate
3D Internet can dramatically change the housing industry. All Customers can view the property they are interested
in online with a stereoscopic view. They will get a basic idea of where they are going live and before they are fully
built. This will slow down the selection process on a large scale.
3. Social Communication
The current generation has a more effective online community life compared to real life. The addition of 3D to
social media can change our digital world. Video calls can be interactive and very attractive. 3D chat spaces can be
imported into social media. Personal communication will not be limited to the real world. People who can't meet
regularly can participate online.
4. Tourism
It is important to choose the right holiday destination that can be most convenient after the introduction of 3D
Internet. Visitors can have a 3D sample view of the desired areas and then decide which place to visit. They can
have a brief overview of the area to visit and decide whether to invest in the trip.
5. Entertainment
Online 3D games, 3D movies, etc. It will no longer be a dream. All of this can be achieved through the use of 3D
Internet. Users will not be forced to go to multiplex to meet 3D movie. Gamers can enjoy online 3D games at home
and can easily connect with their friends. Live action games will be very interesting.
6. E-commerce
Online shopping can become more realistic and reliable with 3D Internet rentals. A concept like Online Shopping
Malls and Stores can be used to enable users to visit supermarkets from the Internet. Vicarious feeling of shopping
can be fulfilled by consumers by staying at home. It will be beneficial for both the buyer and the seller as the basic
need to meet in the same trading area will be completely eliminated while the purchase information will remain in
good condition.
7. Spirits
People can visit their desired holy place without visiting their destination. Religious organizations can arrange
meetings at a designated time covering the dedicated region and 3D Internet will store travel information and
reduce travel and travel time. 3D avatars and first-person views will make it easier for users to devote time to their
religion.
8. Culture

3D Internet will open the doors to non-modern art forms. Artists can showcase their art worldwide in a completely
new way. Just as 2D art has a tone of various forms such as drawings, sketches, photographs, mixed media, art, etc.
3D art will also create a new kind of creative forms, something that is unthinkable at the moment due to the lack of
a 3D platform and the limited scope of the human brain in 2D imagination.
VI. 3D Internet Meets the Internet of Things
Today's Internet is not limited to our laptops, smartphones and tablets. Anything (living and non-living) with a
unique IP address, which can be identified specifically, can be considered part of this larger network [11] (e.g.,
people who use non-Internet heart transplants are also considered to be a variety of integrated systems now
available online The idea is called IoT (Internet of Things). Electronics, home and commercial lighting, speakers,
vending machines, cars, thermostats, security systems are all examples of things that fall into the realm of Internet
of Things now. 3D Internet avatars can be realistic and can be considered a snapshot of the user himself. Consider
buying a new car, clothing, shoes, mobile phone, etc. People will no longer need a test to see if the car will meet the
needs. theirs is is. The user can insert his avatar inside the car model to see if it is open enough and meets certain
specific requirements using 3D Internet. They can also control the car in the real world without leaving their room
with the help of IoT and watching the test drive in 3D. So with the integration of "3D Internet" and "Internet of
Things" a lot can be achieved.
VII. Augmenting Reality with 3D Internet
Abbreviated as AR, the unpopular reality of taxpayers we see is a form of virtual reality that aims to replicate the
earth's environment on a computer. The real-world taxpayer feature we see creates a user-friendly interface that is a
combination of a real-time user-visual group and a computer-generated visual interface that adds a scene with
additional information. The visual environment created by a computer is designed to improve the user experience of
the world they see or contacts. The goal of Augmented Reality is to create a system where the user will not be able
to see the difference between the real world and its additions. The real taxpayer software we see is already there.
However these apps are only designed for devices that generate 2D output. When we think about the world around
us, we think about 3D, we feel the world in 3D, so expanding the world and displaying output in 3D makes more
sense. When 3D Internet is used many devices with 3D displays will appear and developers will begin to create real
unpopular programs for such devices. Such devices will produce a more realistic view of the truth that we are trying
to promote. The software function will remain the same in both cases, but because we get a 3d view, it will be very
realistic. And it will help us to better understand the addition. In short, we will add reality and it will be in 3d, so the
result after the addition should also be 3d. For example, think of an app that allows the user to look at himself while
trying on different clothes. The camera records the user and prints it on the screen where the user can browse
several outfits. The computer automatically adjusts the clothes on the screens according to the shape of the person.
What brings out the 2D like this gives us a general idea of what clothes will look like for you. On the other hand
the 3D rendering will give a more detailed view, defining what the dress will look like in real life. 3D Internet will
create more programs like these to be developed, shared and used. 3D Internet will be the backbone of developing
the current AR experience.

VIII. Methods of Implementation
1 Software Method
1) An in-depth insight into artificial intelligence
3D using algorithms but here we discuss the conversion of web pages, diagrams and images using artificial
intelligence. Think of a browser that can think, a browser that doesn't always need input like the current browsers
we use. The browser is smart enough to understand the difference between two colors, the difference between the
depths of two objects. Such a browser is able to fully understand the still image displayed on the screen, if its
contents are closer to the observer or away from it. For example when we see the movement of a character on the
screen, the vertical image of this character is based on linking x and y. Now the same movement of the same
character in a browser that can see the depth can measure the z connection of a moving character and display it
accordingly. Because the user watching this movement may experience a 3D effect on the screen. As browsers
become more self-sufficient and respond to client needs, users do not have to worry about common issues such as
screen resolution, platform dependence, etc. the height of the selected business. These figures will be entered by the
person in charge of the website or the browser can be independent and provide the depth required for this business
depending on its size. Artificial intelligence should be included in the final application. This parameter will
determine how much the user at the end of the client can get the 3D effect. The hardware needed to make these
ideas may require some thought process. Such a browser will give web developers and creators new features that
can be customized as desired to give their content the exact 3D effect as needed to make their content more
interactive and enjoyable.
2) WebGL
Dreaming of 3D graphics on the Internet can be a reality using WebGL which represents the Web graphics library
[13]. It is a JavaScript library for displaying 2d and 3d interactive content in a compatible web browser without the
use of plugins. Released in OpenGL ES (Embedded Systems) 2.0. WebGL is capable of changing the visual
dynamics of shape, size, texture, color, value, orientation and presentation of information in a fully 3D 3D space
that gives a rich 3d graphics experience to the browser. WebGL provides an enjoyable experience and works as a
great data recognition tool that can transform ordinary data into a compelling visual story. The major browser
vendors Apple (Safari), Google (Chrome), Mozilla (Firefox), and Opera (Opera) operate on WebGL.
Hardware Method
1) 3D lens
The benefits of this idea will be similar to a standard lens above 3D glass. But this idea is not clear and research is
needed in this field.
2) Anaglyph Glasses
Contains chromatic colored glasses (e.g. Cyan and Red). When used as a few mirrors it sends two different images
to the viewer to create a stereoscopic image.
3) Announced glasses
By projecting two images simultaneously, one horizontally and the other vertically separated, one can produce 3D
effects.
4) Lock Mirrors
A stereoscopic image can also be created by blocking the view of one eye at a time and repeating this with very
rapid values.

IX. Conclusion
In this paper we have discussed a common view, history, future prospects, current situation, benefits, initiatives and
limitations involved in changing the current quality of the Internet. We see that 3D Internet is the future as it will
surely change the way we see the Internet today. Benefits and applications clearly outweigh the costs associated
with use. The need for an ubiquitous and intelligent Internet can be fulfilled by 3D Internet. Entrepreneurs and
interested investors know the real potential of a market that is easy to use, interactive, productive and addictive. But
due to many obstacles such as Internet bandwidth, hardware, costly materials and lack of research it is not easy to
use. At this point the public has the power to transform the digital world into a dynamic and dynamic revolution but
it needs a lot of research and funding needed to make it a reality.
