1. HOW TO ADD A CLASS/COURSE
1. Under the edit profile of your account, select education & work.
2. Select the College/University from College/University section

2. 3. Click on add a class hyperlink under the appropriate college/university
4. Add the title of class (MIS 200 or name of the specific topic) and add a description to it.
5. Click on Add class. (To add any more classes, repeat the procedure)
6. After adding the class, the students will be able to see the information in edit profile.

3. HOW CAN STUDNTS CONTROL VISIBILITY
The students can govern the visibility of each segment in their profile (like Employer, college/university,
High School) by making it visible to friends, public etc. – Select the drop down beside the heads Search
Box as shown in below figure and select the appropriate visibility level.
As in our case, it will be accessed by employers and professors, who are not on student’s friends list, the
College/University visibility setting will be Public

4. HOW STUDENTS SHARE IT WITH EMPLOYERS & FACULTY
The data cannot b brought on the front page of profile. There will be a notification that says "Vartika
Sharma added details to Drexel University" but those details will not be displayed on the front page.
Students can share it with the professors and employers by sharing with them the direct link to their
profile page. E.g. Following link will take you to may page. All the data is public so you may be able to
see a lot of other data as well. I added classes under S. Bennett Lebow College of Business '13 -

This link is the direct link to the students profile page which may have a lot of other data is visible to
public. The employer/faculty/reviewer will have to scroll to the College/University Segment to see the
data added about classes and courses.
When the reviewer scrolls down to the college section, they will be able to view all the information that
was added by the student under each course/class.
