Video marketing has risen up these years as many internet platforms provide the option for sharing videos online. Many
companies have adopted this strategy and got successful results in social sharing opportunities and excellent investment returns.
Video advertising provides the customers with a different way of connection and has proven to influence customer decisions by
a considerable percentage. Many brands have already started releasing videos on mobile apps like Hotstar, and Amazon.

Chatbots are the “employees” who keep a check on who comes and leaves the website and provides assistance to them.
These are the specialized form of software which communicates with the users naturally on behalf of the company.
