Apabila sebuah hologram
dibagi/dipotong, setiap bagiannya

Sedangkan apabila gambar (non-
hologram) dibagi/dipotong maka setiap

Setelah membaca kasus tsb, Anda diminta bekerja dalam 3 kelompok:
o Klp 1: merepresentasikan Duck Tours;
o Klp 1: merepresentasikan STB (Singapore Tourism Board);
o Klp 1: merepresentasikan LTA (Land Transport Authority).
Tugas masing2 kelompok adalah sbb:
o Identifikasikan kepentingan perusahaan / instansi Anda;
o Identifikasikan kesulitan / dilema apa yg timbul jika Anda bersikukuh dengan
kepentingan perusahaan / instansi;
o Solusi apa saja yg Anda tawarkan thd masalah tsb, dan apakah solusi tsb dapat
diterima oleh pihak lain?
Refleksi semua kelompok: bagaimanakah Kepemimpinan Visioner dapat
menjamin pencapaian tujuan / visi bersama dan mengurangi fragmentasi antar
pihak?
