  • 3. Are you worth it? • How could you demonstrate your value within your organisation? • Which of these are important to employers?
  • 4. Why is value important? • A new member of staff is an investment for a charity – they need to be sure of a return • When choosing between candidates – which would you go for? • More candidates transferring from private sector – you need to compete
  • 5. It’s all about targets • How many of you know your team target? • How many of you know your individual target? • If you don’t know it, you can’t measure it

We really know fundraisers and talk to hundreds of them each week We go through interviews with every candidate we meet, and this is a snippet of the kind of things we talk about Experience – we have successfully recruited specialist charity employees since 1996 and our own staff tend to stay with the company for a long time, giving us a depth of knowledge of the sector.
