August 13 | Page 8 What you need to know: •  20%  li3  in  business  performance  in  the  first  year  is  a  minimum  objec<ve.    Actual  experience   is  an  average  40%  increase  in  produc'on  from  coaching  clients.   •  Ginger   Group   members   who   are   approved   for   the   Programme   will   receive   a   significant   scholarship  subsidy  at  commencement.    Ginger  Group  will  also  rebate  the  full  fee  for  their   members  if  you  achieve  $150,000  API  within  12  months  of  commencing  the  Programme.   •  Each  work  group  (maximum  of  4  groups)  will  have  a  maximum  aPendance  of  24  members   and  will  be  facilitated  by  at  least  2  coaches,  per  workshop  session.   •  High  Performance  Programme  delivery  framework  is  as  follows;   Pre-­‐course  applica'on  to  secure  ‘scholarship.’   Pre-­‐course  personality  profiling   1  (2)  Day  Boot-­‐camp   9  (Single)  Day  sessions  (content  pre-­‐scheduled)   4  (1hr)  Webinar  sessions   •  You  will  learn  new  informa'on  and  skills.   •  You  will  have  to  use  the  new  skills.   •  You  will  be  given  tools  and  resources  that  work,  and  will  get  you  more  business.   •  You  will  be  held  accountable  and  will  be  pushed  to  liZ  your  business  performance.   •  You   will   be   bePer   posi'oned   to   work   with   other   professionals   on   higher   value,   more   complex,  client  cases.
