So Just what is Qi Gong? Never think Qi Gong is exercise! For me Qi Gong is the Science of Qi
or the science of revitalizing our earthly bodies with the universal energy Of Qi (or Chi). Through
the use of Qi Gong practices it brings you into a special state of consciousness. When you get
into the regular practice of Qi Gong it is a feeling you will enjoy very much! You will feel
refreshed and grounded.
Qi Gong puts you into a very peaceful state. OK so What is Qi Gong? Some people think Qi
Gong is just a breathing technique and though that is a part of it, the real purpose of Qi Gong is
the exchange of Qi energy between humans and the universe!

Then we receive Qi from the universe , drawing Qi energy into our body where it flows through

bodies to heal more quickly and naturally. The practice of Qi Gong lets qi work in our body and
clean our body and then fees Qi back to the universe. So the process is to bring in fresh Qi and
expelling useless Qi back to the universe.
OK so what is Qi (Chi)? The Chinese symbol for Qi means air so people associate Qi Gong with
breathing exercises. Controlled breathing is a part of Qi Gong but that is not all it is. We also
use 6 ancient healing sounds as well as acupressure in the practice of Qi Gong to help energize
and clear the body and organs with good Qi energy.
Qi is the original energy of the universe. Qi is the essence of life itself. The origin of life. With Qi
everything grows. take away Qi and everything dies. qi is Life Force. Everything comes from Qi.
Without Qi There is no life.
With practice, as you advance you will be able to not only feel your Qi energy flowing but
eventually you'll be able to see your Qi as well as the energy field of others.
I find Qi Gong to be a great prelude to meditation or sitting in the silence. Qi Gong helps to calm
the mind making it much easier to enter a meditative state where we can then connect with
God, or creator or the universe. However you want to think of it. Through calming the mind and
meditation we can burn up Karma and learn to manifest abundance into our lives.
