Thomas Gläser is Head of User Experience at Delightex, a Munich-based company, really passionate about supporting people with their personal development. They design tools and build technologies based on insights from neuroscience, psychology and coaching such as CoachingSpaces and PushFree. At Delightex, Thomas is responsible for leading the skilled UX team, creating new product concepts and customer development. Previously Thomas founded his own design studio envis precisely and the push.conference. He got awarded with several design prizes including the Bavarian state prize for junior designers and a Red Dot "best of the best" concept design award.
