The project consists of targeted support to
Beneficiary (SEA) through formal trainings, on the job
support/coaching and other forms of transfer of know
how to deliver three main components:
– Component 1 – Training in Monitoring & Evaluation
– Component 2 – Support on Monitoring & Evaluation
– Component 3 – Donor Coordination

7. Results Donor Coordination
• Methodology for measuring progress against
selected Paris Declaration indicators
• Two annual surveys (using the methodology agreed)
including recommendations developed
• Two panel discussions carried on the results of the
survey
• Summary results from the survey and discussions
posted on the SEA website
• As a result of the survey and recommendations -
strengthened ownership, alignment, harmonization,
managing for results and mutual accountability

8. Results Sector Coordination
• Assessment of the capacity of the sector coordination
framework
• Recommendations for improving the performance of
the sector coordination framework
• Training and awareness needs identified

• Assessment framework for developing and regularly
