 Barefoot Beach
Barefoot Beach is located in the northwest portion of Collier County off Bonita Beach Road.
Barefoot Beach is made up of over 450 acres of lush landscape and beautiful views of the Gulf of
Mexico and the back bays. This community also boasts about its three miles of beautiful, white,

(Lesina, Aversana and Serano) offer spectacular views of the Ten Thousand Islands, Gulf of

 Heritage Bay
Heritage Bay is located on Immokalee Road in North Naples, 1.3 miles east of Collier Blvd.
Its 718 acres is bounded by two huge quarry lakes along with 1,800 acres of cypress preserve.
The community features a 27-hole course, designed by Gordon Lewis and Jed Azinger, a new
27,000 square foot club house and an 8,000 square foot fitness center. Its golf course provides

 Heritage Greens
Heritage Greens is a gated golfing community located on Immokalee Road, west of CR
951. Attached villas and single-family homes surround the exquisite Arrowhead golf course, an

Indigo Lakes is located off of Collier Boulevard (CR951) close to Immokalee Road. This is a

family homes floor plans include at least a 3,000 square foot living space.

 Kensington
Kensington Golf and Country Club is a private, member-owned country club, nestled within

Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs is a gated community consisting of 2,365 tropical acres
bordered by an aquatic preserve, Estero Bay on the West and Spring Creek on the South.

Lake Lodge, the Tennis Lodge, and The Golf Lodge, which consists of a white sandy beach, two
pools (lap pool and resort style), restaurant & lounge, tennis court, and a fitness center. The 18
hole championship golf course was designed by Hurdzan-Fry where each hole is wrapped around
the clear shimmering water of lakes. This community consists of condominiums and single family
homes.

 The Strand
The Strand is located off of Immokalee Road in North Naples, just west of Interstate 75.
This thriving community is located on more than 500 acres. The 27-Hole Championship Golf
Course was designed by Gordon Lewis. The 55,000 square foot luxurious Country Club offers a

Tiburon is located at the corner of Airport Pulling Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road and is
home to two Greg Norman-designed golf courses featuring 36 championship holes and is home
to the annual Franklin Templeton Shootout. Golf is just the beginning of this magnificent resort-
style community. Residents enjoy an award winning 27,000 square-foot clubhouse, which is

Twin Eagles, located off of Immokalee Road, east of Interstate 75, is a beautiful golf

center and a 47,000 square foot clubhouse that was designed by James Bean and offers Har-Tru

 Vanderbilt Beach
Vanderbilt Beach is located in North Naples, just north of Pelican Bay and the Ritz Carlton
Resort and Spa. High rises and single family homes line the stunning white sandy beach while
other homes sit directly on canals leading to the Gulf of Mexico. Vanderbilt Beach offers
waterfront living at it's best!

 Vasari
Vasari is a private, gated golf course community located in Bonita Springs off Bonita Beach
Road and west I-75. The spirit of the community was designed by Taylor Woodrow using the
inspirations of the famous Italian architect, Giorgio Vasari who is known for his architectural
masterpieces created during the Renaissance era. Vasari includes a 40-acre lake as its focal
point and encompasses over 375 acres of wildlife preserves. Homes within this community

Miromar Outlets and Gulf Coast Town Center are all within 10 to 15 minutes.

 Verona Walk
Verona Walk, a gated, lakefront community that offers single family, patio and town
homes is minutes away from the beaches of Marco Island and downtown Naples. The community
offers miles of walking/jogging paths with waterways that are connected by bridges. Verona
Walk provides gated 24-hour security and a beautiful lakefront Town Center equipped with
numerous amenities, including a basketball court, 24-hour ATM, post office, marketplace and
café, gas pumps, bank, lit tennis courts, panoramic lakefront views, resort style pool, and a


 Vineyards
The Vineyards located between Pine Ridge and Vanderbilt Beach Extension offers miles of

condos make up the residences of the Vineyards. Amenities include two 18-hole PGA

Har-Tru tennis. There is no Community Development District (CDD) at Vineyards. Physicians
Regional Hospital lies on the west side of the Vineyards offering 24 hour emergency and
comprehensive medical care. The Vineyards Community Center is a 32 acre park located across
from the Vineyard residences that features racquetball and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits,
basketball, tennis, two softball fields, and a multiplicity of classes from aerobics, basketball
camps, karate demonstrations, and art classes.

 Whippoorwill
Whippoorwill is located West of I-75 between the interstate and Livingston Road in Naples
featuring two to four bedroom plus den units overlooking a large lake area. Owners have access
to Clubhouse, Community Pool, Exercise Room, Community Room, and Hobby Room. Cable and
high speed internet are included in the monthly fees. Whippoorwill is centrally located near
shopping, restaurants, and beaches.

 Wilshire Lakes
Wilshire Lakes is located in the heart of North Naples and offers a stunning entrance with
24 hour guard gate house. Situated in one of the most desired school districts, this family

Wyndemere is ideally located just off Livingston Road, south of Pine Ridge Road, and a short

golf course with numerous lakes and rich green fairways can be viewed from most of the
