Valosin-containing protein (VCP) also known as transitional endoplasmic reticulum ATPase (TER ATPase) is an enzyme encoded by the VCP gene in humans. Blocking: TBS with 5% non-fat milk.
Primary antibody probing: Primary antibody was added to the solution of TBS with 5% non-fat milk with 1:500 dilution
ratio, 4˚C for overnight.
Membrane wash: TBS wash 3 times for 5 minutes each.
Secondary antibody probing: Secondary antibody was added to the solution of TBS with 5% non-fat milk with 1:2500
dilution ratio, for 1 hour.
Membrane wash: TBS wash 3 times for 5 minutes each.
Visualization: ECL visualization for 5 minutes.
