Coming this fall, RuBiRu is the 2nd annual community Run-Bike-Run amateur event
at UNC Charlotte to support local brain cancer research. Presented by Hearst Service
Center and co-hosted by Brain Tumor Fund for the Carolinas (BTFC) and UNC Charlotte,

RuBiRu is a 30K event involving an exhilarating 5K run and 20K bike ride around
the perimeter loop of the campus followed by a 5K cross country trail run on UNC
Charlotte’s wooded trails. A 5K run/walk will take place on the first part of the course.
Family-Friendly activities, health screenings, food, beverages and entertainment will be
