The site overlooks the Tigris River, with
a beautiful view that suits the entertain-
ment purpose of the project
The presence of the sun, according to this
logic, is suitable for lighting the building
with natural lighting, as making the facade
of glass is the most appropriate solution to
exploit the directive of the sun
There are three main
sources of noise, express
bridge, garage, and river
noise, each according to
the intensity of its noise
