This project aimed at analysis of effective management of risks with the instruments of the MOOC for global community. A more efficient risk management should be able to deal with the identical risk factors across the globe by means of experiment. This experiment must be safe, repeatable, and changeable. World Bank Group changes human behavior by means of certain projects and MOOCs in order to obtain local insurance. The instruments for this scope are: sustainable urban development planning, management of cities, sanitation utility reform, and wind power projects for ecosystem savings. Local communities will benefit from such policies.
