CLIENT CHALLENGES
The company was using a software that was age old and the challenge was to overcome the
limitations from the technical perspective in catering to the changing business needs. The
limited modules called for a higher level of manual intervention. Another major challenge
faced by the client was to find a cost-effective software solution that would provide a
controlled access to key employee information and maintain confidentiality so that sensitive
data was only disclosed to relevant personnel. The fact that the HR functions were too
