3. Definition test calls
All those calls that do not fit into the categories of
authentic counselling interviews or silent phone calls
and which can be regarded in one way or another as
testing the helpline. This includes harassment.
(Harassment because test calls often end up with insults
if a counsellor expresses doupt at the sincerity of an
inconsistent story)

Bitte höre dir zuerst diese Information bis zum Schluss an.
Leider gibt es Jugendliche, die Taste 1 nur aus Spass oder Neugier drücken. Es gibt
in der Schweiz ein Gesetz, dass es verbietet die Taste 1 nur aus Spass oder
Neugier zu drücken.
Das 147 kann deshalb den Namen solcher Anrufer aufgrund ihrer Telefonnummer
herausfinden und sie bei der Polizei anzeigen.
Wenn du nicht in grosser Not bist, dann lege jetzt auf.
So kannst du sicher sein, dass es für dich keine negativen Folgen hat.
Wenn du in grosser Not bist und sofort Hilfe brauchst, dann drücke die
Taste 1 nach dem Piepston.
14. Intervention: Interactive Info Tapes
Information tape after first test call:
test callers are informed about the negative effect of the missuse
It ist pointed out to them clearly, that they are blocking the line, that emergency calls
can not reach us. If they listen the tape till the end and confirm with a button, the
number 147 will be released immediately.
If they dont‘t listen till the end, their next phone call will be diverted to the information
tape again.

Hallo. Aufgrund deines Verhaltens bei deinem letzten Anruf bist du direkt auf dieses
Informationsband geleitet worden. Bitte höre es dir bis zum Ende an.
Das 147 ist für Kinder und Jugendliche da, die Sorgen oder Probleme haben.
Von 100 Jugendlichen, die anrufen können im Durchschnitt nur 20 mit einer
Beraterin oder einem Berater reden. Dies kommt davon, weil leider viele Jugendliche
nur anrufen, weil ihnen langweilig ist oder weil sie einen Scherz mit den Beratern
machen wollen. Weiter gibt es Jugendliche, die eine erfundene Geschichte oder ein
erfundenes Problem erzählen.
All diese Anrufe führen dazu, dass die Leitungen für Anrufer mit ernsthaften
Problemen besetzt sind und diese erst nach einer langen Wartezeit mit einer
Beraterin sprechen können.
16. Information tape: Example 2
Auch du bist mit deinem Verhalten in deinem letzten Anruf dafür verantwortlich, dass
Jugendliche mit ernsthaften Problemen sehr lange warten müssen oder sogar
enttäuscht aufhängen, bevor sie mit einer Beraterin reden können.
Ruf deshalb bitte das 147 in Zukunft nur noch dann an, wenn du ein ernsthaftes
Problem hast.
Solltest du jedoch trotzdem nochmals anrufen ohne in einer anständigen Art über ein
ernsthaftes Problem zu reden, dann wirst du vom 147 für einige Zeit gesperrt und
kannst während dieser Zeit nicht mehr mit einer Beraterin reden.
Falls du versprichst nur noch anzurufen, wenn du in einer anständigen Art über ein
ernsthaftes Problem reden willst, dann drücke jetzt die Taste 9.
