1. PAYROLL SYSTEM (APPROVED SYNOPSIS) Pay processing is an important part of every organization’s functioning. The payroll department interacts with every department and employee of the organization. It deals with the processing of the salaries and wages of the employees and hence plays an important role in the organization Payroll receives an input all the data from Personnel department regarding attendance, leaves, shift, etc., and processes the salaries of the employees based on these details. It then asks the accounts department to make the necessary deposits on behalf of the employees and generates the pay sheets, pay slips, cheques etc. Personnel and Administration plays an important role in the working of an organization. It keeps track of the attendance and leaves taken by the employees according to which their salaries are processed. The organization is visualised as having a plant unit and a bank-office where all clerical work are carried-out.
