4. INTRODUCTION :-
 It is a safety jacket designed for all females for their
safety . It is helpful for all female who are travelling
alone. It will also be helpful for females who are
travelling late nights or having night shifts.
 It consist of GPS , camera , buzzer alarm , shock
circuit, pepper spray , lithium battery and a
memory card .

6. USAGE OF DIFFERENT COMPONENTS:
 GPS – It is designed to track the location of the
female who is wearing the jacket .
 Shock circuit :-It is used to give instant shock to the
attacker .
 Camera :- It is attached to capture the photo of the
attacker.
 Buzzer alarm :- It is attached to give indications to
the people around .
 Memory card :- It is installed to record all the
information .
 Pepper spray:- It will release one pump of spray at
a time in the eyes of the attacker.
 Lithium Battery:- It is to use the product for long
durations after charging the battery.

11. WORKING OF THE JACKET :-
 ON button will be attached in the inner side of the
pocket so that it will be easy for the person wearing
that jacket .
 Just after pressing ON button all the functions will
automatically start from GPS , camera, shock circuit
, pepper spray and memory card.
 When the female will feel that she is safe then she
can switch off the button .

12. MANUFACTURING PROCESS :-
 I am planning to start my business with a small
place at rent .
 I am planning to hire medium skilled worker( to
reduce my cost ) and I will trainee them because
they have to produce jacket only.
 Also I am planning to use machines to produce our
product to save cost and time.
 We are planning to advertise our product through
online sites like facebook, Instagram etc to save
cost.

14. TARGET MARKET :-
 My main target will be all the professional females
as they have to wear formals.
 I am planning to use niche marketing strategy by
capturing all female professional in Jaipur only .If
our business will run successfully then we can
expand our market by supplying it all over India .
 We will think of our product diversification only
when we will feel that we are getting huge profits
and then we can think of expanding our product
range . By that time we have built a brand name in
market.

16. REASON OF CHOOSING THIS PRODUCT :-
 I have decided to choose this product because
being a girl I can understand that our state of mind
we feel unsafe . We literally feel helpless when we
are in that situation. Even if we are carrying pepper
spray it become really difficult for us to take it out at
that time.
 Apart from that by introducing this product I want to
help all the female population which are scared to
work at odd hours even if they are paid hefty
amount.

 I have taken a small survey in my colony only .
 The response was like that almost 60% was ready
to buy this product . As most of them have family so
they are planning to but only one at a time and if
finds suitable they will buy for their family (girls).
 After making this product we can again conduct a
survey on mass scale to know their feedback
 Also we know that nowadays people don’t believe
on advertisement so we all planning to add reviews
and recommendation of the customer itself .

19. CASHFLOW:-
 I am deciding to start this business in joint venture
with my friends .
 We all can arrange some money by our own .
 Our short term goal will be fulfilled by the money
and long term goal will be through investors.
