A seminar was conducted IEI[Institute of Engineers (India)], Tripura state Center, Agartala for Mechanical Engineering Department for which the chief guest was Dr. Ajay Biswas our institute beloved professor. I along with my best friend Abhishek Kumar from the same batch as well as branch presented our project research report in front of expert panelists who were either professors or doctors in several organizations and students of first year who were ordered to attain the seminar in lust of snacks and a certificate which they can show during their campus placement drive session. The project presentation was fabulous and brought praises and constructive critiques from present faculties and panelists. As momento we were provided with a beautiful tea cup and awarded with a certificate from IEI briefing that we had successfully presented our research paper. The whole time duration was very charming and boosted my self-confidence.

22. PSYCHO-analysis
With a monsoon where the temperature is around 30°C, the need of the hour in a
household is a portable and suitable dehumidifier. But a dehumidifier, which can work as
an A.C. in the summer will be a very interesting alternative in the Indian sub-market.
The Product should be:
1. Area specific
2. Portable
3. Multifunctional
Metro and coastal cities sincerely needs dehumidifier in the coming years to cope up with
the varying climatic conditions.

23. ECONOMIC DISTRIBUTION
For better HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX
Knowing that with unemployment rate of 4.9% last year and a small no. of 5,000 people are
escaping from the poverty line each day and wage of small skilled labor is 11,900 INR/Mon.
with large variations and high skilled labor is 50,300 INR/Mon. with very less variations.
Thus Product manufactured for health benefits and resource preservation has to be made
available such that it is accessible to everyone.

Since such gap exists between wages between various classes and purchasing power of
and average Indian has been limited to 8,233 INR till the end of 2016.
Thus following criteria's have to be fulfilled by dehumidifier:
1. Easy to use
2. Light on pocket
The dehumidifier introduced in the market has it’s cost till a maximum cost value of 12,000
INR to 16,000 INR considering all factors, so as to make it affordable for all Indians with
standard living conditions.
