2. Leadership and transformation practice
Richard Zbinden (LTE/IMD) serves the organisational transformation practice of
Software for Corporate Leaders LLC (SCL) as a managing partner. He obtained his
postgraduate diploma on Leading the Technology Enterprise (LTE) from International
Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne. He has been working in the
design and development of standard software products and services since 1982. He
has also developed business and technology solutions for better collaboration,
planning and stakeholder management. As a second pillar of expertise, he served in
various leadership roles for the implementation of standard software applications as a
driver for organisational transformation in multinational corporate organisations.
Additionally, he acts as software industry advisor for M&A transactions and as a
business development coach in start-up companies.
