2. Introduction:
• Continuing changes in health and social care policy and
practice have affected and changed the way in which nursing
is practiced.
• Now a days, post-graduate education faces multiple
challenges in terms of demand, supply, quality and returns.2
• Flexibility in working arrangements appear to be a key
factors influencing nurses decision to leave. Lack of
autonomy, support and feeling valued also important while
making the decision.11

3. Objectives:
• The objective of this study was to assess the status of
pass-out M.Sc. Nursing graduates from BPKIHS.

4. Methods and Materials:
• Descriptive cross-sectional study design was adopted to
conduct this study among students graduated from 2008-
2017 batches from BPKIHS.
• Using convenient sampling technique total 91 subjects were
included in the study.
• Pre-tested questionnaire was used to collect data by using
Google Drive Online System.
• The data was analyzed using Google Drive Online System
and SPSSv16.

18. Discussion:
• Majority of the nurses were satisfied with their job. Study
conducted by Burton9, Yamashita13, and Murrels14 reported
the similar findings.
• There was significant association between work place (Nepal
& Abroad) with status of nursing profession, satisfaction with
administration and evaluation system. Similar findings were
reported by Tzeng4, Gleason6 and Gaur7.

19. Conclusion:
• Based on the findings of the study it can conclude that most
of the pass-out graduates were satisfied with their job. Work
place (Nepal and Abroad) of the graduates were significantly
associated with status of nursing profession, satisfaction with
administration and evaluation system.
