Biography
Rakesh Saha M.Phil.-Linguistics is a widely sought-after consultant renowned for his enthusiastic
motivational and forthright style. He is a Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming, specializing in
leadership development and 'Solution Focused' consultancy. He has over 20 years experience
developing leaders in a wide range of settings. Rakesh's early years of consultancy were mainly working
for Montessori School of Downtown, Texas, USA on their leadership development programmes. Rakesh
has a remarkable skill set including being a psychotherapist and is able, by using the latest psychological
methods, to help people remove limiting beliefs relating to achievement and success. Rakesh's early

Terms and Conditions
Payment terms: payment terms would be as follows:-
1. 50% Advance on blocking the dates for the workshop.
2. 50% on Delivery of Workshop payable within 7 days.
The above-mentioned prices are inclusive of Service Tax as applicable. The current rate is
12.36%.
Any change in the workshop dates will be agreed between SSW and ONGC.
Out of pocket expenses including on domestic travel, conveyance, voice/video
communication to be reimbursed as per actual. All logistics will be arranged by the client or
would be done with prior approval from the client.
Important: It is agreed and understood that the material in this course is proprietary and
can only be reproduced and delivered by a SSW facilitator or with the express written
consent of SOFT SKILLS WORLD.
