Inductive Conductivity Transmitter
-polyetheretherketone (PEEK) that provides
abrasion and corrosion resistance.
-Used to monitor the conductivity of filtrate in
the washer
-High conductivity of filtrate leads to deposit of
undesired matters therefore maintaining the
conductivity of the filtrate is a must
-Conductivity should be monitored to avoid the
clogging of black liquor
BENEFITS:
-This sensor has wide measurement span
-This have fast response
-Low maintenance of cost and time
BACK
7. PH202G (& Chemical sensor)
pH Transmitter
Problems in the industry:
-Excessive Cl2O weaken paper intensity
-Existing residual Chlorine deteriorate the
electrode
Why use this sensor:
-Has Special anti-corrosive glass membrane
-Has Special anti-corrosive structure of Ag
ion trap
Benefits:
-High accuracy to improve paper intensity
-Low maintenance cost and time
BACK
8. Pulp Slurry Flow Meter
Problems in the industry:
-Slurry noise in the digester means that pulp slurry
are 10%
-Pulp slurry should be avoided in digesting because it
makes the paper bulky
-Pulp slurry indicates the presence of high abrasive
fluid or solid material in the mixture
Why use this sensor:
-Has Dual frequency excitation
-Has Standard high frequency 75 Hz
-Has Optional high frequency 160 Hz
-Has Ceramics lined AXF
-Has PFA Lined AXF with metal hat earth-ring
Benefits:
-Stable and accurate measurement under aggressive
slurry
-Leak-free ceramic liner construction
-Longer life-time by robust design
BACK
9. Adhesive Fluid Meter
-Measures flow rate
Problems in the industry:
-Adhesive chemicals
-Wood resin adhesion
-Dye adhesion
Why use this sensor:
-Mirror finished AXF (Ceramics lining,
perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) lining)
-has Predictive electrode coating
-has Diagnostics function
perfluoroalkoxy

10. Magnetic Flow Meter
-Measures flow rate
-Magnetic Flow Meters measure flow volume
with Faraday's law. The frequency of
excitation current given to coils affects in the
measurement accuracy and response time.
BENEFITS:
-Best-in-class performance with dual
frequency excitation method
-Predictive electrodes adhesion diagnostics
-Variety of liners & electrode materials
-Fieldbus communication capability
BACK
11. DPharp EJA/EJX Series (Pressure Transmitter)
-Pressure Transmitter (for dryers and headbox)
-Best installed performance

13. TUFFY®II SIDE-MOUNTED FLOAT SWITCH
The Tuffy® II Buoyancy Level Switches are float-actuated devices
designed for horizontal mounting in a tank or vessel through
threaded or flanged pipe connections. The compact size allows for
installation in small vessels, while its many features provide a
variety of application uses.
-Operating Principle
The TUFFY II achieves switching action through the use of repelling
magnets on the float assembly and the switch mechanism.
Separating the two magnets is a nonmagnetic pressure barrier.
The float follows the liquid level as it changes, causing the
attached float magnet to move into the field of the switch magnet.
The like poles of these magnets repel each other causing the
switch magnet to change position, actuating the switch.

14. YS100 series (SINGLE LOOP CONTROLLER)
Single loop controllers receive temperature, flow rate, pressure,
and other types of measurement readings from sensors and send
corresponding instructions to control elements such as valves in
order to maintain these values within a desired range.
Problems in the industry:
- Steam pressure control in drying process
-Renewal demand for obsolete controllers
-Need centralized data monitoring
Why use this sensor:
- Easy to use
-Color LCD display with a wide variety of screens includes meter
display that is suitable for the replacement of conventional
controllers
-Control output backup function
-Dual CPU & Hard manual
-Remote data monitoring via Ethernet
Benefits:
- Safe and stable control at low cost
-Less engineering for replacement
BACK
15. Density Control (Control and measurement station)
-density control for stock preparation
Problems in the industry:
-Control pulp density and flow
-Need both functions of controllers and recorders
-Need high reliability under harsh environment
Why use this sensor:
-All-in-one controller that integrates monitoring and recording
functions
-6 embedded control loops, 20 measurement channels (CX2620)
-Powerful display
Standard variety screens for control monitoring
-Math function
Pulp dry mass flow can be calculated by Math function
Benefits:
-Integration of controller and recorder brings cost saving
Dust-proof and water proof front panel (IP65, NEMA No.250 TYPE4*
compliant)
*Except external icing test. BACK
16. Manual Operation/Control unit
-Independent manual override is built into the control
circuits, ensuring that control output can continue even
when a control circuit including the CPU experiences a
problem.

Hinweis der Redaktion
The sensor has a large bore (17mm) for optimal resistance to fouling processes and when properly installed ,the flow will keep the sensor clean, to help avoid measuring errors. This large bore also allows quick response even on low flow measurement. Also available upon request is a PFA lined sensor that provides excellent heat and chemical resistance.
