Introduction
A man will be successful in life, when he can reach a specific
target, though man has no limit of expectation. But a man
feels happy when he can meet the requirement of Family. So,
I mean I am a successful woman in life. God help me a lot
for my success. Hard work & honesty can man successful in
life. I mean, my effort is the best for success in life which
describes below:
Personal Life of Ajufa Khatun
Ajufa Begum had to leave Maoa, Munshiganj with her husband
and three children in the early 80’s due to extreme poverty, and
started new life in Naogaon. She used to live with other relatives
in a slum near Shantahar railway station. Her husband started
small business to survive but suddenly got sick which prolonged
due to not being able to afford proper treatment and care. In
consequence, income was decreasing that led them to starve.
In the meantime economic condition of the family went worse
and Ajufa had nothing to do. Neighbors’ stopped further lending
as she had failed to repay regularly. Huge local debt compelled
her to leave Shantahar and take job as maid in Mirpur, Dhaka.
Following one of her relative’s advices, she took training on
carpet making, but insolvency forced her to refrain from starting
the production. She came back to Shantahar however lost
husband ahead of time.

Making Carpet
and paposh
Relation With DABI Moulik Unnayan Sangstha
Helpless Ajufa then joined Modhumoti Shamiti under DABI,
stepped with a loan of BDT 2,000/ in 1996 to buy a machine
and materials, and started working along with children. She
managed to get rid off all previous debts within the first year
then received BDT 3,000/ next year and bought more
machines, and employed other helpless women like her.
After a long enthusiastic journey of 15 years, she now owns
a house, enjoying proper sanitation, TV, fridge, motorcycle,
and other household products. Her daughter is now studying
in college and neighbors are respecting Ajufa. She is often
invited to different decision making meetings of the society.
Proud Ajufa now owns a firm “Salma Carpet House” with 47
machines and employees 47 workers out of which 22 are
women who are either abandoned or widows and two are
acid survivals.

Employment Information
Every man tries to increase their income for better living. For increasing
income a part of population people involve in making carpet and paposh.
In this area I am the key to mak carpet, red carpet, sweeper and paposh.
So, we get demand & supply carpet and paposh to large & small market.
Man can made own fortune, I am the example of this universal truth.
Making of Carpet and paposh has changed my living strand. I am an
illiterate woman. In this process I can change my fate so; I think this is
the best effort for me. In above description we mean this is the best step
of effort for life.

Future Plan
At present in my own land I established 47 Machines. In future
we have a plan to build a big production farm with modern
technology to solve unemployment problem of my area.
Conclusion
In conclusion I would like to say that, carpet and paposh is
the stair of my Now I am a self-sufficient woman
with a small farm, 1 living houses & some other wealth. I
believe that hard work, honesty & proper time fund
support can a man success in life. By this way I would be
able to come out from the cycle of poverty. I am look
forward for those shiny days where we would become a
member of glittering world.
