• GameStop already has plenty of recognition
  – To broaden the spectrum of clients there needs to
    be a way for them to communicate with each
    other.
  – There are plenty of blog and forum sites, but
    GameStop needs their own site to see what
    players are doing and saying about their products
    and services.
Playersite
• A place where gamers can share, buy, preview
  and play games, get help, and locate stores.
• This is a site for players and no one is getting
  paid to put their opinion down.
• There are minimal advertisements and they
  are relevant to game culture.
Maintaining the PlayerSite
• This is a public site with forums and sharing.
   – Which means blogs and comments
• Find trends in the market and use those to set up:
   –   Web interviews
   –   Relevant talking points
   –   Set relevant ads
   –   See what the customers want
• Tracking the shares, the likes, the comments, and
  all of the activities on the site.
Getting the PlayerSite Recognition
• To get the word out, social
  profiles must be made.
  – FaceBook
  – Twitter
  – Google+
  – YouTube
     • Very Useful

• YouTube is very useful because video games
  are hard to capture in a picture or words.

  – Press Release
  – Footage from conventions
Customer Talks
• Comments can be good or bad
  – Both can be helpful
     • Good ones generally tell you what you
       are doing right and may give some
       some constructive critisicism
     • Bad ones can be used to notice
       problems.
        – This site is for users to share
          complaints or talk about the
          positives
        – If the comments or blog get out
          of hand, then calmly handle the
          situation.

  • 3. Playersite • A place where gamers can share, buy, preview and play games, get help, and locate stores. • This is a site for players and no one is getting paid to put their opinion down. • There are minimal advertisements and they are relevant to game culture.

Maintaining the PlayerSite • This is a public site with forums and sharing. – Which means blogs and comments • Find trends in the market and use those to set up: – Web interviews – Relevant talking points – Set relevant ads – See what the customers want • Tracking the shares, the likes, the comments, and all of the activities on the site.
  • 5. Getting the PlayerSite Recognition • To get the word out, social profiles must be made. – FaceBook – Twitter – Google+ – YouTube • Very Useful
