approach to spiritual formation and
leadership reflecting the importance
of establishing a strong devotional life
as foundation for functioning as a
leader in the Kingdom of God.
Initial focus will be on spiritual
formation, considering what is a
disciple, and how to practice spiritual
disciplines essential to living as, a
disciple of Jesus Christ.)

leader - based upon the idea that
character precedes skill /

write a reflective piece (250-300 words) on “what
God has been doing in their life”, how they have
been challenged to grow, corrections, personal
spiritual struggles,use and growth in spiritual
disciplines etc.
