I’m passionate about helping small business owners leverage technology to grow their business online. I started my business back in 2003. I worked in the corporate for over a dozen years. I loved what I did but I felt something was missing. When I was back in college, I had the opportunity to become President of an organization on campus called The Entrepreneurial Network. We brought in local business owners to share their story with students. It lit a fire inside me that inspired me to one day start my own business. In the Fall of 2001, we all witnessed a life-changing event. September 11th changed the way we looked at life. And it got me re-focused on my vision of starting my own business. That opportunity came to pass in May 2003. And I’ve been helping business owners ever since.
I live in Sacramento with my wife Lisa. We have a beautiful home together and we love to spend time with our cats.
The baby of the family is Daniel, an adorable orange cat who loves to hang out in the kitchen waiting for his next meal.
I’ve had the great opportunity to have many mentors and coaches over the years. And the one who has had the greatest impact is Eric Lofholm.

[Struggle Story] There was a time in my business when I was struggling. I was using a CRM that was installed on my computer. I was using it for email marketing but the system kept crashing. Suddenly it opened the door to new opportunities. I was able to start building my list. And the system didn’t crash. The big idea for you is that you don’t have to have the solution today. You just need to get started.
Frank Kern is one of the highest paid copywriters in the world. People pay him tens of thousands of dollars to write brilliant copy for them. I spend a lot of my time writing copy for clients. Email copy, web copy, copy for information products. It’s a good use of my time and I do a great job. My copywriting fee is $100 an hour. One of the reasons I get so much done for so many people is because I’m disciplined. One of my mentors once told me, “if you want something done, give it to a busy person.” He was a busy person and he knew I was too. Busy people get things done.
Webinars are a great strategy for lead conversion. Normally when you set an appointment, you will meet with someone one-on-one. You can use webinars for one-on-one selling and group selling. It’s actually simple when you know how to do it. If you are competing with someone who has these tools and you don’t, it’s like try to run a marathon with one leg tied behind your back. You’re hopping around trying to make progress. Eric Lofholm uses webinars to grow his business. I use webinars to grow my business. People in many industries are using webinars.
