> Formalisation of tripartite Agreement (Govt, Incubator and Entrepreneur) for
utilisation of funds under the scheme for providing support to entrepreneurs.
> Formation of Managing committee and selection committee as per DC-MSME
guideline.

> Implementation of the scheme as per fund utilisation guideline of DC-MSME
