Happy Weekend presentation Get rid of fear Because of fear we lose many things in life. If we are more courageous many things can be achieved in life. With his iron hands Mr.Sardar Patel made all kings to surrender their kingdom to make India the democratic country in 1947. Nationwide railway strike which was threatening the Indian economy in 1973 was called off unconditionally with the tremendous courage shown by the then Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi. 2. One of the biggest detriments to
success is fear. Fear holds us
back; it does not let us act, at
times it stops us dead in our
tracks.

3. Think of all the wonderful things you
would have accomplished if only you
were not afraid, if only you were a
little willing to overcome your fears.

4. When you arrived into this world
you came with a blank slate. You
were not born with the fear of
failure, fear of challenges, fear
of everything and everyone.

5. The majority of fears you
experience on a daily basis
are unnatural. All the fears
that are there exist in your
mind. They were put there
knowingly or otherwise by
your parents, your friends
or the society in general.

6. Realize the fact that fear is
not your natural state, it is
something which has been
induced over time.

7. When you repeat the thoughts of fear over
and over again they get embedded into your
subconscious and then those thoughts begin
calling the shots in your life. You start
taking decisions based out of fear.

8. It is foolish to hate all roses because you got scratched with one
thorn...

9. Dont give up your dreams
because one didn’t come true...

10. Do not lose faith in prayers
because one was not
answered...

11. Do not give up on your
efforts because one of them
failed...

12. Do not condemn all your friends
because one betrayed you...

13. Do not lose faith in love just
because someone was
unfaithful or didn’t love you
back...

14. Do not throw away all your chances
to be happy because you did not
succeed on the first attempt....

15. I hope that as you go
on your way you don’t
give in to fear.

16. Replace the thoughts of fear with
those of hope and courage. Simply
refuse to be afraid. Face your fears;
it is easier said than done.

17. When you are afraid of something, afraid to
do something, just imagine yourselves
doing
it boldly and confidently. Imagine yourself
as overcoming the obstacle and emerging
victorious. Such thoughts reinforce your
ability to overcome your fears.

18. Whatever you are afraid of
doing it. Imagine yourself
doing it,
then go ahead and do it for
real. That is the best way to
overcome your fears and a
great way to live your life.
