This document outlines plans to transform a Microsoft team into a DevOps technical evangelist group. It discusses establishing a team structure and experimenting with hackathons, technical working groups, and feedback processes. The goal is to become a more data-driven and diverse organization prepared for the future by leading through example and managing career changes that support transformations.
