Digital transformation of technological and methodical culture in education is highly topical from several aspects. Info-communicational strategies have already issued an action plan containing several points to be implemented in order to create digital state in the forthcoming years. In our present lecture we try to determine the indicators, which examine the selected contents by placing electronic learning environment (ELE) into focus, using tool system of comparative pedagogy, creative methods and document- and content analysing strategies. These aspects can be divided into four major intersections forming the changing structure of content analysis: pedagogy and frames of ELE; circumstances of introducing ELE, supporting systems; role, attitude and competences of human capital; sustainability. When selecting theoretical sample, multi-dimensional sample-taking is applied since time-, spacial, organisational-, administrative- and social scope is taken into consideration as well.

With my collegues I would like to welcome you. I will present The Strategic Indicators of Digital Transformation in Education. The puspose of today’s presentation to introduce of digital transformation frame.
We live now the 4th ndustrial revolution., that affects another cultural paradigm (perödájm).
The effect of digialization improves /indicates 3 rd platform, the cloud computing.
The changes have an impact on labour market, there are some new expectations, skills towards employees.
The second figure shows these changes in the work tasks in the US Economy.
This gap is becoming bigger and bigger, that means the manual / routin tasks will disappear and automatized.
The problem is today’s education system can’t be adaptive enough t it.
The digital transformation can be an alternative solution for this problem.
There are more meaning of this definition.
The 1st is the 4st industrial revolution and its impact on socitey.
The 2nd meaning is the digitalization, the paperless concept.
We think there is a need of educational meaning as well because these definitions involve only the economic and technological aspects.
We have created a whole definition if digital transformation in education.

Now let’s move on to the question: What is the role of ICT now? What are the goals assigned to it?
There are good practices in the following countries: Estionia and Finland, Hungary.
The figure shows the infocommunication policies of these 3 countries.
I used content analysris (önelájszisz) to reveal / show the role of ICT in the 3 countries.
As we see the amin filed of ICT in the strategic documents is a supportive role of education, labour market.
Well that brings us to the end of final section. I’d like to summarize by this picture and quotation.
The digital transformation of education is a key issue in today's education politics, since supporting the training of the alpha generation to become a digital citizen and lifelong learning is a strategic question.
The final message of this presentation is digital transformation is more than resources, its a mindset.
