Responsibility for supervising the EPCM
Contractor on behalf of CHEVRON
Duties and responsibility as below.
. Monitoring the contractor in the execution of the contract and for ensuring
the inspection and test plan produced by the contractor is suitable and
appropriate to meet the project requirements as specified.
. Monitoring the adherence by the contractor to the agreed inspection and
test plan for the work. This does not relieve the contractor of their
responsibilities under the contract and contract requisition documentation to
execute the work.
. The purpose of this technical practice is to provide guidance for
development of inspection and test plan requirement of painting and
insulation works.
. Technical practice includes the quality control requirements for painting and
insulation work contractor/Monitoring and ensuring satisfactory or
supplier,Foster Weeler or by the client.
. Inspection and test plan – Painting and Insulation work.
- Design documents: 1. Review Work scope
2. Prepare inspection and test plan
3. Contract kick-off meeting

1. Submission of applicable painting and insulation works procedure to
