What is HRP ?
Human Resource Planning
Human resource planning is
concerned with assessing a
company's current human
resources, identifying its
future staff requirements
and arranging for skills
training for its current, new
and future employees.
Difference Between HRM
and HRP Professional
Human Resource Management

Human Resource Planning Professional
HRM Professionals create and manage the
entire employee lifecycle from the time they
enter the company until they leave.
HRP professionals ensures sufficient staffing
in various company departments to
complete work requirements and meet the
organization’s goals.
Responsibility includes the employee
orientation and induction procedure, as well
as policy structuring, pay, incentives, perks
and so on.
To ensure right people at right time in the
right place are present in the organization.
Human Resource Planning is considered to be a part of Human Resource Management.
Therefore, HRM Professionals have a wider scope than HRP Professionals.

  • 3. Human Resource Planning Human resource planning is concerned with assessing a company's current human resources, identifying its future staff requirements and arranging for skills training for its current, new and future employees.

Human Resource Management Professional Human Resource Planning Professional HRM Professionals create and manage the entire employee lifecycle from the time they enter the company until they leave. HRP professionals ensures sufficient staffing in various company departments to complete work requirements and meet the organization’s goals. Responsibility includes the employee orientation and induction procedure, as well as policy structuring, pay, incentives, perks and so on. To ensure right people at right time in the right place are present in the organization. Human Resource Planning is considered to be a part of Human Resource Management. Therefore, HRM Professionals have a wider scope than HRP Professionals.
