Hi! I’m İpek Aral
• I live in İstanbul. I was born in Ankara. I
graduated from Ankara University, Faculty
of Political Sciences.
• I moved to İstanbul for my career. I’ve been
in HR business since 1998.
• In 2009 I launched the first HR blog of
Turkey; Kaynağım İnsan and the same
year I established my HR Consultancy
company with the same name; Kaynağım
İnsan.
• For the lasttwelve years I do end to end HR projects. At the
same time I give lectures at universities, companies and NGO’s.
