Ensure that the property operates efficiently, fairly, maintains its appearance and remains
within budget. Inspect regularly all facilities determine areas in need of attention and
then perform the tasks. Handle repairs that require basic skills as an electrician,
carpenter, plumber, mechanic, painter, HVAC technician and roofer. Contract for
services that require the services of a licensed professional such as electrician, HVAC,
roofer and plumber. Ensure that the rental property and units are compliant with
building codes as well as standards dictated by the landlord tenant laws and tenant
