COLLEGE CAMPUS GRIEVANCE
MANAGEMENT APPLICATION
AIM OF THE PROJECT
 The purpose of Online Grievance System for Colleges and other educational institutes, for better automation in
focus.
 Grievances System cell deals with all types of grievances, complaints and malpractices including those received
from Students, Faculty and other Stakeholders.
 “With the help of this module institute can provide it’s user with a benefit to share their inconvenience with the
institute and providing solutions. Online Grievance Management for School and Colleges as per campus standards.
 This application provides helping hand to students and staff by acknowledging and solving their problems. It
maintains the healthy environment for stakeholders of the institute.
 Institutes need to exercise prudence in such important matters.
 We understand your institute’s need to be fair in complaints handling processes. Thus we provide this dynamic
module to handle it all at one place.
OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT
 Tonsure a student friendly democratic environment in the campus.
 To make all the students, faculty and staff aware about their rights and duties.
 To solve the various personal and educational related grievances of the student.
 To ensure the qualitative as well as quantitative development of the institution through the complaints and grievance
redressal cell.
SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
• Processor : intel pentium iv 1.8 ghz
• Motherboard : intel 915gvsr chipset board
• Ram : 1 gb ddr2 ram
• Hard disk drive : 160 gb
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
• Front end : html5, css3, bootstrap
• Back end : php, mysql
• Control end : angular java script
PHP TOOLS:
• xampp-win32-5.5.19-0-VC11
ANDROID TOOLS:
• Android Emulator
• xampp-win32-5.5.19-0-VC11
• Android SDK - adt-bundle-windows-x86
EXISTING SYSTEM
 The biggest downfall to manual document filing is the amount of space it can take up.
 This is just one big headache you don’t need. It interrupts your productivity levels.
DISADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM
1. Lack of privacy
2. Risk in the management of the data.
3. Less Security
4. Low co-ordination between
5. Less User-friendly
6. Accuracy not guaranteed
7. Not in reach of distant users.
8. There is no storage and automation if users have some enquiry.
9. Prone to Damage and Being Misplaced
PROPOSED SYSTEM
 Protection of Freedom of Expression.
 Protection against improper academic evaluation
 Faculty and students should be ethical, moral and should behave in a manner with good academic interest and
should maintain decent academic relations with teachers and co-students and co-operate with college
authorities to maintain vibrant and decent academic environment.
 In the proposed system we tried to provide the high security than the existing system.
 We will provide friendlier environment than the existing one.
ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM
1. The system excludes the use of paper work by managing all the student information electronically.
2. Admin can keep updating the system by providing the new student’s grievance from the college and their
availability thus students need not to go to college management for issuing purpose.
3. The system has students well organized and systematically arranged in different categories in the system so
that user can easily search and write the grievance from the student and faculty of colleges
4. Thus, it saves human efforts and resources.

CONCLUSION
 The purpose of Online Grievance Management System is to provide service to the Users to view their
previous Complaints and also they are able to see the remark given on every stage of their complaint.
 As per the security concern this system is fully automated.
 This app is mainly designed to reduce the manual efforts and receive all grievances about college or
school and also for providing the current status of those grievances and managing data of complaints
and make the work easier for users and the complaint solvers.
 So it makes the proper academic environment through the development of Online Grievances.
FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
 In Future work, This application to develop a cross platforms like IOS, etc.
 In adding the more features of college grievance management system to develop access with user’s flexibility.
 To authenticate the users based on the system users list which is maintained by the operating system
 To restrict the usage of all files by the users based on their privileges on the system
