12 modules of 2.1 x 5.66 m (basic version 1 door and 2 windows) can be loaded into a shipping container 40 feet
For convenience, we use a container OT (Open Top) in order to load and unload with a crane (easier handling and safe).
The two stacks of 6 modules each are spaced apart from the edges and of the shipping container
which ensures the best conditions for the transport.

(electrostatic powder RAL 5003) 40 mm thick.

How to manage your project?
Delivery and unloading of your modules

The different modes of delivery and unloading
A) TRUCK (Delivery by road or sea lines accepting trucks ("Roro"))
In this case, we can offer modules in 2.4 m wide.
In all other cases, the maximum width of our modules will be 2.2 m wide, in order to allow loading into
shipping 40 feet containers (20 feet are not compatible).

With the truck, it is possible to discharge
by crane (ideal) or carriage (on side)
The latter solution requires taking
certain provisions (see below)

In some cases, we can ship by boat in "open deck" but we realize steel structures (cage) for gripping the
battery modules by shipping companies. (This alternative is not without risk for equipment)

B) THE MARITIME CONTAINER (Delivery by boat or truck in shipping containers)

a) The right choice: The OPEN TOP 40 'container.
This solution allows a load / unload modules from the top of the containers to the crane.
This procedure allows for secure transport and handling. The maximum size is 2.2m modules to adapt to the
internal space of sea containers.

b) Use of standard 40 foot shipping containers (or high cube)

Again, the maximum width of the modules is 2.2m.
This solution is still possible for customers without a crane unloading
Indeed, we can offer specific tools to facilitate the introduction
(by rolling) of the modules in the container (supplied with the modules)

(However, the loading / unloading containers are delicate and CONTAINERS
SOLUTIONS will in no way be held responsible for damage or technical difficulties
generated by the client on discharge;

UNLOADING OF MODULS

a) The crane is the perfect way but needs to maneuver safely

The weight of a module kit is about 1.2 tons and lifting your device must be able to bear this burden,
especially if you ask the modules away from the lifting point (check the for your hoist )
The frame of all our modules are fitted with lifting rings allowing you to unload by battery or by one (via
the use of straps 4)

NOTE: Be careful to always drop modules on a flat surface with enough support under the modules to not
generate deformation structures including frame

b) The forklift can be used subject to compliance with certain guidelines as our modules are
not equipped with fork passage. (This type of handling is at your own risk)

Modules taken from below. In this case, we need space for loading the modules to allow the passage of the
pitchforks. This will induce a smaller number of modules can be loaded into a container or truck (2 modules
less on average).
The forks must be sufficiently separated (minimum 2m) and a minimum length of 1.6 m. Despite this, the risk
of deformation of the chassis (lift floor) from scratch or drop the modules exist.

=> Taking the above modules by using the lifting lugs (at your discretion). We can also offer a suitable tool for
lifting modules (on request)

How to manage your project ?
The mountage of your modul

A) Site preparation

Container Solutions provided foundation designs after order. The foundation depth must
be adapted to the weight of our modules (1.2 tones on average for a module in 5.6 x 2m)
to the site, the configuration of your project (1 or 2 levels). It is the costumer’s
responsibility to this prior study.
In all cases, the quality of installation will depend on the flatness of the foundations that
must be checked and perfect laser to avoid any risk of arrow modules, particularly difficult
to manage when it comes to combined modules or leveled modules.

B) The tools for assembly.

The list of tools can be found in E major DIY stores (excluding installation tool of water pipes
that can be sold on request)
Attached brief presentation:
Lapidary, drill / driver with bits and standard set of forests, saw 125 bells,
100, 50 and 20 mm, nozzle rubber hammer, hammer or small mass,
retouching brushes, tape measures, pliers, cutter, welding machine for
pipes of water, stepladders and ladders, extension cords, bubble level,
crowbar, pliers, wrench, standard equipment for the electrician and
plumber. . . .

Note: If you do not have a crane for installation and removal including the roof, we can propose to smoothly
slide the roof up to its final position (see video editing). This operation requires 5 to 6 people minimum.

C) Installation.
The module assembly requires no special skill and can be easily accomplished by the customer
subject:
having the right tools
To have his team in an electrician and a plumber with the basic tools (in case of module with health)
A notice will be provided upon request to properly identify the components and their assembly.
-The combined module mounting requires the presence of a supervisor (provided by the factory on request and
English speaking) to assist you in assembling.
Container Solutions provides a detailed note for mounting modules combined. It does not replace the supervisor,
editing always remaining the responsibility of the customer.
D) The assembly time
Assembly time:
They are provided for information for experienced people on the basis of single module attached:

5 persons attend to the installation of five modules in one day
(excluding electricity and sanitation)
2 "electrical" power modules mounted 3 per day
2 "plumbers" go up the plumbing of 2 modules in one day
