3. January 6th, 2005 In order to reach the worlds largest monolith, I had to navigate my way through virtually unending desert…” IT SUCKED PRETTY TERRIBLY
4. But it was worth it… I ran into the one and only Steve Irwin at the base of Ayers Rock!
5. It was Quite the Experience If you wish, you could climb the rock as I did. Steve told me the Aborigines frown upon it. He did say that the view was “such a beauty!”
6. Mind the Wildlife So long as you can avoid encounters with the wildlife, the trip is well worth while.
7. New South Wales My journey continued in a more inviting, urban area.
8. January 10th, 2005 I ended up traveling from the Northern Territory to New South Wales to visit Sydney
9. Unfortunate Discoveries In a desperate attempt to resolve much childhood distress, I attempted to locate Wallaby Way in a city of 6.2 million.
10. Tried New Things I figured I would expand my horizons and give classic opera a shot. Beautiful building, not so enjoyable music…
11. Trip Destinations In the end, I visited Ayers Rock in the Northern Territory and Sydney, the capitol of New South Wales
12. Conclusion In the end, my journey was incredible. The people and wildlife that I encountered are unlike anywhere else in the world. I would love to go back and visit some of the other unique and wonderful places that make Australia unlike any other country in the world.
