Nothemba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering (UCT), a Master's
in Business Leadership, MBL (UNISA, School of Business Leadership, SBL) as well as
certificates in Management Development (UCT) and Brewing from the Institute of
Brewing & Distilling (UK).
She completed a Brain-Based Professional Coaching Certificate from Results Coaching
System (ACC), powered by the Neuroleadership Group; accredited by Coaches and
Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is
currently completing an Associate Coaching Course (ACC) from the Centre of Coaching
(UCT Graduate School of Business) with a view to complete both theProfessional
Coaching Course (PCC) and Master Coaching Course (MCC). She also has certificates in
Starting & Managing a Small Business (UCT, GetSmarter) and Building a Coaching
Practice (Results Coaching System).
She has experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Project Management and
Production Plant Management; gained in the manufacturing and mining industries over
13 years.
With a passion for seeing her client’s succeed, Deidre has focussed her energy in transition, career
and executive coaching; and individual, team and organizational effectiveness programmes.
She is a Bachelor of Social Science (UCT) and Bachelor of Arts, Honours (RAU) graduate, with more
than 20 years local and international experience in senior corporate roles in HR, Change
Management, Project Management, SAP Implementations and Coaching. Deidre has a broad
experience profile that extends across the Transport, Telecommunications and Manufacturing
industries
Deidre is a Business Executive Coach, certified through the WITS Business School; that is a GSAEC
accredited qualification, internationally recognized for executive and organizational coaching; she
is also a registered COMENSA member . Her post graduate credentials include a BA honours
degree; and certificates in management, Industrial Relations, SAP and Insights Discovery ®.
Deidre is the owner of Boxing Smartly, a small business providing Human Resources consulting
services, personal and team effectiveness programs and coaching.
